The Catalysts' Co., launched by the international movement Life Project 4 Youth, was created in 2020 in response to external requests for access to our expertise in developing and contributing to focused, high-impact projects.
LP4Y teams and stakeholders have 12 years' international development experience creating lasting innovative solutions in the field, working closely year-on-year with a broad integrative ecosystem.
Out of this practical professional experience has been created a strong field knowledge.
The Catalysts’ Co. was created to support businesses, institutions, NGOs, foundations and governments wishing to promote social, inclusive, environmental and solidarity impacts.

Following my childhood dream of saving the planet, I qualified as an engineer,
but none of the career opportunities available to me felt right.
A life-changing year in Colombia with the "comunidades de los barrios" finally took me into the field, doing work that benefited both people and planet.
That was 10 years ago.
Where do I get my strength? From Nature, meditation, the genuine smiles of children, the resilience of excluded people, the colors of interculturality, the synergies between the opposite worlds that exist within the world.
Hi, I'm Manon, 25 years old and originally from France but currently living in Melbourne, Australia.
After finishing my Master’s degree in international business, I decided to use my skills to promote Inclusion. So, I undertook a mission for LP4Y in India and France which gave me a very good understanding of the LP4Y ecosystem, and provided proof that digital transformation and inclusion go incredibly well together! In every role, I have always tried to have a direct and positive impact, which is why joining LP4Y Catalysts’ Co. was so important to me. I'm really happy to put my digital marketing skills to good use in my role as a catalyst of change 🚀
When I’m not working, I'm singing pop songs, studying astrology or looking after my plants.
